Our Story
Urban Clay Norfolk Ltd is a contemporary paint your own pottery studio situated in Aylsham, Norfolk. It was started by best friends Jo and Liz, who met whilst working together in a local school. Their dream of offering fabulously creative activities in a relaxed and friendly environment became a reality in 2019.

Urban Clay welcomes all ages and artistic talents to come and experience a few hours of art therapy - there is always someone on hand to offer advice and guidance, or just top up the coffee and cake! We pride ourselves on our welcoming, relaxed atmosphere...we like to think you'll arrive as a guest but leave as a friend.

The Studio
At Urban Clay we wanted to create a space that was welcoming for all ages. We have plenty of space for pushchairs, high chairs and well-behaved dogs. Our toilet has excellent changing facilities as well as wheelchair access.Â
The studio can comfortably accommodate 30+ people so is perfect for birthdays parties, hen parties, team building get togethers or just a good old catch up with friends!
There is plenty of free parking in and around Aylsham, but unfortunately none directly onsite.
